Role: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Jacksonville, FL

Role Type: Independent Contractor, 1099 Role
Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance:
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, working closely with repair renovation.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
Leasing:
- Take calls and messages from interested parties and schedule property tours.
- Assist in the leasing process, including conducting property tours and screening potential tenants.
- Ensure accurate and timely lease documentation, renewals, and rent collections.
Tenant Relations:
- Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure tenant satisfaction and address any maintenance issues.
- Monitor and manage rent collection, delinquencies, and other financial aspects of property management.
Requirements:
- Highly proactive with a “do it now” mentality
- High adaptive with a “get it done” mentality
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to be a people person for at least periods of a time.
- Proficient in using technology.
- Has reliable transportation.
- Has a smart phone with data plan.
- Good work ethic and likes to get as much work done as possible.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexible job schedule with few requirements on your time during your agreed upon availability.

Other requirements:
- Has completed or is working towards completing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or other 4 year degree or trade licensing (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is a plus.
